Transportation
The church bus, driven by volunteers, provides transportation to worship services for members living in local retirement centers.

Some members living at home depend on others for rides to and from church and fellowship activities. They may also need rides for shopping and medical appointments. Members with cars regularly offer rides to church for non-drivers.

Parish Nurses
Parish nurses are available to help members sort out health problems and make appropriate plans for handling them.  Those desiring such services may call the church office. Once notified by  the church staff, a parish nurses will return the call as soon as possible. Contact: Betty Hyatt, 739-7581.

Kirk Fellowship
Senior members meet the fourth Tuesday of September, October, and January through May for a covered dish lunch and program in the Fellowship Hall. In November they meet at a local restaurant for breakfast and fellowship.  A variety of programs follow lunch. There may be special music, a travel video or group singing; human interest stories may be shared or they may hear a speaker.  Occasionally the group enjoys an ice cream social or bingo. Out-of-town trips include lunch and visits to museums and gardens.  Contact: Steve Riggio 739-8079

Stephen Ministry  (See also tab at left)
Stephen Ministry is a ministry through which trained members of the congregation use their special gifts for caring to bring Christ’s love to people in need.  Individuals who may benefit include those experiencing divorce, grief, a terminal illness, unemployment or relocation.

It is impossible for our pastor to meet every single need of each member. Stephen Ministry expands the care our church offers by equipping and organizing members to provide Christian care. This gives us a larger pool of people with the gifts, skills and calling to bring Christ’s love to individuals facing stresses and challenges. All caring relationships are confidential. Contact the pastor, 739-7581, Ext. 1.

Men’s Bible Study
Men meet on Wednesdays at 7:00 a.m. at the Elm Street House for Bible study and fellowship. This ministry is an opportunity for men to develop and become godly influences in their family and community.
