The intent of the Clark Convocation is to bring a leading scholar, teacher, musician, or church leader to First Presbyterian Church so that not only this church, but our entire community, might learn together, grow in our faith, and be empowered for ministry. 

Previous Clark Convocation leaders are:

          2008 - Dr. Frances Taylor Gench - Union Presbyterian Seminary

          2009 - Dr. John and Mrs. Missy Kuykendall - Davidson College

          2010 - Mr. David Eicher - Presbyterian Committee on Congregational Song

The Convocation is supported by the Clark Family Memorial Fund established in memory of First Presbyterian Church Elder Emeritus Dr. Douglas H. Clark.
